How coaching works

This is a space to slow down, think clearly, and make intentional decisions. Coaching is not about fixing yourself or pushing for change before you’re ready. It’s about understanding what matters to you and moving forward with more confidence and direction. Coaching is a collaborative process.

My role is to listen closely, ask direct and thoughtful questions, and help you reflect and take action in ways that feel realistic and sustainable. Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly. Some people use coaching to work through a specific situation.

Others choose ongoing support to build momentum and consistency over time. This is not advice-giving or therapy. It’s a structured space to think clearly, gain perspective, and move forward with intention.
